Position: HR Recruiter

Location: - Gurugram Sector -39

Experience Required: 1- 5 Years

Salary: Up to ₹30,000 per month

Notice Period: Immediate joiner

Shift Timing: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

• Working Days: 6 Days a Week

Gender Preference: Female Candidates Only

Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated and result-driven HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment processes. The candidate must be comfortable with high-volume calling and possess excellent communication skills in English.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for IT and Non-IT profiles

• Source candidates through job portals, social media, and references

• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements

• Conduct telephonic interviews and initial HR screenings

• Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients

• Maintain daily recruitment reports and candidate databases

• Ensure closure of positions within the given timelines

Perform minimum 150 calls per day• as part of recruitment activity

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 1+ years of experience in recruitment (consultancy preferred)

• Strong communication skills with fluency in English

• Ability to handle bulk hiring / high-volume recruitment

• Familiarity with job portals like Naukri, Shine, etc.

• Good negotiation and interpersonal skills

• Target-oriented and able to work under pressure

• Comfortable with target-based calling (150+ calls/day)

• Only candidates interested in pure recruitment role (no general HR)
