Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment activities. The ideal candidate should have experience in sourcing candidates, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and maintaining recruitment records.

Key Responsibilities

Source candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals.

Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.

Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.

Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.

Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.

Post job openings on various hiring platforms.

Coordinate onboarding documentation for selected candidates.

Achieve recruitment targets within timelines.

Eligibility

Graduate in any discipline.

6 months to 1 year of experience in Recruitment/HR.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Basic computer knowledge (MS Office).

Experience with job portals like Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn is preferred.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
