Position: HR Recruiter

Experience: Minimum 6 months

CTC: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented HR Recruiter with a minimum of 6 months of experience in recruitment. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring suitable candidates to meet the company's recruitment requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment activities.

• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other recruitment platforms.

• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments.

• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.

• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.

• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.

• Ensure timely closure of open positions.

• Support onboarding and joining formalities.

Requirements

• Minimum 6 months of experience in recruitment.

• Good knowledge of sourcing and screening candidates.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to manage multiple job openings simultaneously.

• Knowledge of Naukri, LinkedIn, and other job portals is preferred.

• Immediate joiners will be preferred.

Salary

₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month, based on experience and skills.
