Key Responsibilities :
1. Bulk Hiring:
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for bulk hiring project. Sourcing candidates using various platforms such as job portals, social media, and internal databases for different profiles.
Screening resumes, conducting telephonic interviews, and coordinating the selection process.
2. Goal Achievement:
Work towards achieving monthly hiring targets as per organizational goals.
Effectively manage the candidate pipeline to ensure hiring deadlines are met.
3. Coordination & Reporting:
Coordinate with hiring managers and internal teams for smooth onboarding processes.
Maintain accurate records of candidates, recruitment data, and reports for review.
4. Stakeholder Management:
Engage with candidates throughout the hiring process to ensure a positive experience.
Liaise with team members and ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
KEY REQUIREMENTS:
1. Skills:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in using recruitment tools, job portals, and social media platforms. Goal-oriented and capable of managing time effectively.
Basic understanding of HR practices, policies, and hiring processes.
