Company: Leom Venture India Pvt. Ltd.

Location: Zirakpur, Punjab

Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM

Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹20,000per month (depending on experience)

Job Summary:

Leom Venture India Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dynamic and motivated HR Recruiter / HR Executive to join our team in Zirakpur. The candidate will manage the recruitment process and support daily HR operations.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Post job openings on job portals and social media platforms

• Source candidates through job portals, databases, and references

• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates as per job requirements

• Conduct initial HR interviews and schedule further interview rounds

• Maintain candidate records and recruitment database

• Coordinate with candidates and follow up during the hiring process

• Handle onboarding and documentation of new employees

• Maintain employee records and HR documentation

• Support HR activities and daily office coordination

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Basic knowledge of recruitment processes and job portals

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
