Job Title: HR Recruiter

Location: Mohan Estate, New Delhi
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹22,500 per month
Job Type: Full-time

Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate should have experience in end-to-end recruitment and be able to source, screen, and coordinate candidates efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source candidates through job portals, social media, and other recruitment channels.

• Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.

• Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.

• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.

• Maintain candidate database and recruitment records.

• Prepare and share interview feedback and hiring updates.

• Coordinate offer rollouts and onboarding activities.

• Meet daily and monthly hiring targets.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

• 6 months to 2 years of experience in recruitment (freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply).

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Knowledge of MS Office and job portals.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
