What You’ll Lead

Manage the complete recruitment life cycle from sourcing to onboarding

Coordinate with department heads to identify and understand hiring needs

Build and maintain relationships with universities, institutes and recruitment agencies

Ensure structured and professional communication with candidates

Handle recruitment portals - LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed etc.

Optimize hiring costs through efficient sourcing channels

Manage onboarding processes, documentation and background verification

Execute structured induction programs for new joiners

Conduct exit interviews and manage clearance formalities

Oversee handover–takeover documentation

Who We’re Looking For

Graduation in Human Resources Management

2–5 years of experience in Recruitment

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Excellent interpersonal abilities and time management

Organized, detail-oriented, and process-driven
