Screen resumes, conduct preliminary telephonic and face-to-face interviews.
Shortlist candidates as per job requirements and company standards.
Interview Coordination
Schedule interviews with department heads and management.
Coordinate interview feedback and selection decisions.
Maintain proper interview records and candidate data.
Documentation & Joining Formalities
Collect and verify candidate documents (ID proof, address proof, education, experience).
Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, agreements, and joining forms.
Ensure smooth onboarding and joining process.
Employee Onboarding
Conduct joining induction and explain company rules, HR policies, and SOPs.
Coordinate uniform, ID card, attendance, and ERP onboarding.
Ensure new joiners understand duty hours, salary cycle, and discipline rules.
Recruitment Compliance
Ensure recruitment complies with labor laws, company policies, and internal approvals.
Handle recruitment under NAPS, trainees, helpers, and contractual staff.
Maintain statutory and audit-ready recruitment records.
Vendor & Consultant Coordination
Coordinate with recruitment vendors, consultants, and manpower suppliers.
Negotiate hiring terms as per company policy.
Monitor vendor performance and candidate quality.
MIS & Reporting
Maintain recruitment MIS, joining reports, vacancy status, and attrition data.
Submit daily/weekly/monthly recruitment reports to HR Head / Management.
Update ERP and HR records accurately.
Employee Coordination & Support
Act as a point of contact for new employees during probation.
Address basic HR queries related to joining, attendance, and documentation.
Coordinate with payroll team for salary processing of new joiners.
Discipline & Policy Support
Support HR in enforcing discipline, attendance, and code of conduct.
Assist in issuing notices related to recruitment, absenteeism, or non-compliance.
Ensure adherence to company rules and regulations.
Attrition Control
Track early attrition and identify recruitment gaps.
Conduct exit interviews for early leavers and report findings.
Improve hiring quality through feedback and corrective actions.
