Position: Talent Acquisition Executive

Job Summary
Millennials Insurance Brokers (MIB) is seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Talent Acquisition Executive to support our growing workforce requirements. The incumbent will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment across insurance, sales, operations, support functions, and leadership hiring while ensuring an excellent candidate experience and timely closures.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Sourcing
Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from requisition to onboarding.
Source candidates through job portals, social media platforms, employee referrals, networking, and direct sourcing.
Screen resumes and conduct preliminary interviews.
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and stakeholders.
Maintain a healthy candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
Stakeholder Management
Partner with business leaders to understand manpower requirements.
Provide regular recruitment updates and hiring dashboards.
Ensure timely closure of open positions as per agreed TAT.
Candidate Experience
Ensure seamless communication throughout the recruitment process.
Coordinate offer rollouts, negotiations, and joining formalities.
Build and maintain a positive employer brand.
Recruitment Operations
Maintain recruitment MIS, trackers, and candidate databases.
Generate periodic recruitment reports and analytics.
Ensure compliance with company hiring policies and procedures.
Employer Branding
Support employer branding initiatives on LinkedIn and other platforms.
Participate in campus hiring drives, job fairs, and networking events.
Develop innovative sourcing strategies to attract quality talent.
Desired Candidate Profile
Education
Graduate in any discipline.
MBA/PGDM in HR preferred.
Experience
2–5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition.
Experience in Insurance, BFSI, Broking, Recruitment Consultancy, or Corporate Hiring preferred.
Skills Required
Strong sourcing and interviewing skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of recruitment portals and LinkedIn hiring.
Strong negotiation and stakeholder management capabilities.
Good analytical and reporting skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and ATS tools.
