We’re Hiring: Campus Recruiter

Are you passionate about connecting young talent with the right career opportunities? Do you enjoy collaborating with colleges, institutions, and training partners to empower students? If yes, then this role is for you!

We are looking for a dynamic Campus Recruiter who can build strong relationships with colleges and drive large-scale apprentice hiring for our clients in manufacturing and other key sectors.

🎓 What You’ll Do:

• Partner with ITI, Diploma, Polytechnic, and Engineering colleges for apprenticeship drives

• Conduct pre-placement talks, assessments, and campus recruitment activities

• Promote NAPS & NATS programs and create awareness among institutions

• Build a healthy talent pipeline for multiple client requirements

• Coordinate end-to-end onboarding of apprentices

💼 Who We’re Looking For:

• Strong communication & networking skills

• Experience in campus hiring or recruitment (preferred)

• Ability to manage multiple recruitment drives

• Passionate about student engagement and skill development
