Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment & Hiring

• End-to-end recruitment for roles like Telesales, Sales Managers, HR, Operations & Support staff

• Sourcing candidates through portals, social media, referrals, and walk-ins

• Screening resumes, conducting initial HR interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers

• Managing onboarding and joining formalities

HR Operations

• Maintaining employee records, attendance, and HR documentation

• Handling offer letters, appointment letters, and employee files

• Managing leave records and HR MIS reports

• Ensuring HR policies and company rules are followed

Employee Engagement & Coordination

• Acting as a point of contact between management and employees

• Handling employee queries, grievances, and basic disciplinary issues

• Supporting performance reviews and incentive structures

Compliance & Administration

• Supporting payroll coordination

• Ensuring compliance with company policies and labor regulations

• Assisting in HR audits and internal reporting

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Graduate / Postgraduate in HR, MBA (HR), or relevant field

• 1–4 years of HR experience (EdTech / Sales environment preferred)

• Strong communication skills (English & Hindi)

• Good knowledge of recruitment processes

• Hands-on experience with MS Excel, Word, and HR documentation

• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Experience in hiring for sales / telesales / international process roles

• Immediate joiner or short notice period

• Strong organizational and people-management skills
