Recruitment & Talent Acquisition (70%)
Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Apna, Indeed, WorkIndia, referrals, and social media platforms.
Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates based on job requirements.
Conduct initial HR screening interviews.
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and management.
Follow up with candidates throughout the selection process.
Maintain and update recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
Manage offer roll-out, salary discussions, and joining formalities.
Ensure timely closure of open positions.
Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
Achieve recruitment targets and hiring timelines.
HR Operations (30%)
Support onboarding and document collection.
Maintain employee records and recruitment documentation.
Assist in HR reporting and recruitment MIS.
