Role Overview
The HR Executive will act as the single-point HR for the NSP branch, handling recruitment (mainly Study Visa Counselors and support staff), onboarding, attendance, basic HR policies, and employee engagement for the branch.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment for branch roles (sourcing, screening, scheduling, interviews, offers)
Draft and post JDs on job portals and social media
Maintain candidate database and follow up with selected candidates till joining
Handle joining formalities, offer letters, HR documentation, and employee records
Track attendance, leaves, and coordinate with accounts for payroll inputs
Support implementation of HR policies, code of conduct, and discipline
Address basic employee queries related to HR and coordinate with head office HR (if any)
Assist in organizing training, team meetings, and engagement activities
Prepare simple HR reports (hiring status, attrition, attendance, etc.)
Candidate Profile
Education: Graduate in any stream (HR/MBA in HR preferred but not compulsory)
Experience: 6 months–2 years in HR / recruitment; freshers with strong interest in HR may be considered
Good communication skills in English and Hindi
Comfortable with calling, coordination, and working with targets & timelines
Basic knowledge of MS Office, email, and job portals
Organized, responsible, and able to handle HR work independently as “HR of one branch”
Working Days & Timings
Days: Monday to Saturday (1 weekly off – as per company policy)
Timings: 10:00AM-07:00PM
Compensation
Salary: As per experience and HR market standards
Incentives/bonus: As per company policy
