Job Title: HR Recruiter

Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and result-oriented HR Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified candidates across various positions while ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for assigned positions.

• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, and other channels.

• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.

• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and technical panels.

• Schedule and follow up on interview feedback.

• Manage candidate communication and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.

• Negotiate salary and release offer letters.

• Ensure timely closure of positions as per business requirements.

• Maintain recruitment trackers, databases, and reports.

• Build and maintain relationships with candidates and stakeholders.

• Ensure compliance with company hiring policies and procedures.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of recruitment and talent acquisition processes.

• Experience working on job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, Monster, or Indeed.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Good understanding of sourcing techniques and screening methods.

• Ability to manage multiple requirements simultaneously.

• Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.

• Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and recruitment tools/ATS.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Experience in IT or Non-IT recruitment is an added advantage.
