About the Company:

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for various positions within the organization.
• Work with multiple job portals for sourcing relevant profiles.
• Create and publish job postings on various platforms.
• Screen resumes, conduct telephonic interviews, and shortlist suitable candidates.
• Schedule and coordinate interview rounds with department heads.
• Follow up with interviewers for feedback, and update candidates on their status.
• Manage salary negotiation, release offer letters, and handle onboarding formalities.
• Maintain proper hiring records and recruitment trackers in Excel.
• Build and maintain a candidate pipeline for future hiring needs.
• Ensure smooth communication and coordination throughout the hiring process.

• 1–3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial sector.
• Strong knowledge of job portals, sourcing techniques, and recruitment tools
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
• Good command of MS Excel for maintaining recruitment trackers and reports
• Strong follow-up skills and ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously
• Professional attitude, time management skills, and attention to detail
