Job Title: HR Recruiter
Location: Gurgaon, Sector 19, Phase 5
Salary: Up to ₹22,000/- In-hand
Experience Required: 1+ Years
Job Summary:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented HR Recruiter to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for handling end-to-end recruitment processes, sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers to fulfill manpower requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end recruitment process.
Source candidates through job portals, social media, and references.
Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
Conduct telephonic interviews and initial HR rounds.
Schedule interviews with management and follow up with candidates.
Maintain candidate database and recruitment reports.
Coordinate with different departments regarding hiring requirements.
Handle joining formalities and documentation.
Ensure timely closure of open positions.
Required Skills:
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of recruitment portals like Naukri, Indeed, etc.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
Ability to work under pressure and meet hiring targets.
Strong coordination and follow-up skills.
Eligibility:
Graduate in any discipline.
Minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment/HR.
Immediate joiners preferred.
