Human Resources Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end recruitment process (job posting, screening, interviews, onboarding).
Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and other HR letters.
Manage attendance, leave records, and payroll coordination.
Conduct employee engagement activities.
Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.
Handle employee grievances and disciplinary matters.
Coordinate training and development programs.
Administrative Responsibilities:
Manage office administration and day-to-day operations.
Maintain office assets and infrastructure.
Maintain office records and documentation.
Ensure smooth functioning of office facilities.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Graduate / MBA (HR) preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word).
Knowledge of labor laws and HR practices.
Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
