HR रिकरूटर

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding.

• Understand hiring requirements and coordinate with hiring managers.

• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, social media, references, and internal databases.

• Screen resumes, shortlist candidates, and conduct initial HR interviews.

• Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.

• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment and joining process.

• Handle salary discussions, offer rollouts, and joining formalities.

• Maintain candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and hiring reports.

• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring requirements.

• Ensure timely closure of positions within defined TAT and hiring targets.

• Support recruitment campaigns and employer branding activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

• 06 months –2 years of experience in recruitment/talent acquisition.

• Hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn, and other recruitment portals.

• Strong candidate sourcing and screening skills.

• Excellent communication, coordination, and negotiation skills.

• Ability to manage multiple positions and work under deadlines.

• Good understanding of recruitment metrics, TAT, and hiring targets.

• Strong interpersonal and candidate-management skills.

• Ability to work independently and take ownership of hiring requirements.

Preferred Skills

⭐ Experience in IT / Non-IT / Sales recruitment
⭐ Experience with recruitment analytics and reporting
⭐ Exposure to employer branding and social media recruitment
