
Handling end-to-end recruitment for retail positions such as Store Executives, Store Managers, and Support Staff
Sourcing candidates through job portals, employee referrals, walk-in drives, and social media platforms
Screening resumes, conducting telephonic interviews, and shortlisting candidates as per manpower requirements
Coordinating and scheduling face-to-face/virtual interviews with regional teams
Managing offer roll-out, salary negotiations, and follow-ups till joining
Handling onboarding formalities including documentation, offer letters, joining kits, and induction
Maintaining recruitment trackers, hiring MIS, and joining reports
Ensuring timely closure of positions and adherence to hiring TATs
