Infrabrick India Pvt Ltd is seeking a skilled and energetic HR Recruiter to manage the full recruitment cycle for our residential and commercial real estate business. The ideal candidate should have experience in hiring sales, business development, CRM, and operations roles. Real estate hiring experience will be an added advantage.
Manage end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, interview scheduling, and onboarding
Understand hiring requirements for Sales, Presales, Business Development, CRM, Marketing, and Operations teams
Source candidates using job portals, social media, LinkedIn, employee referrals, and industry networks
Build a pipeline of quality candidates and maintain a talent database
Conduct initial HR screening to evaluate communication skills, culture fit, and experience
Coordinate interviews with department heads and management
Assist in preparing offer letters, documentation, and smooth onboarding
Follow up with candidates and maintain a high offer-to-joining ratio
Keep track of hiring status and share weekly recruitment reports
Support employer branding and internal HR activities
✅ Minimum 1 year of recruitment experience
✅ Strong communication and interpersonal skills
✅ Ability to assess candidates efficiently
✅ Familiarity with recruitment tools and job platforms
✅ Good team coordination and time management
