Job Description

Infowryt Solutions LLP is looking for a passionate and driven HR Recruiter to join our growing talent acquisition team. The role involves managing the full-cycle recruitment process, including candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, coordination, and hiring support across various roles.

For freshers and HR graduates, we offer a structured HR Trainee Program with a 2-month paid training period, designed to build strong recruitment fundamentals and practical hiring skills. Successful trainees will be converted into full-time HR Recruiters based on performance and learning outcomes.

🎓 HR Trainee Program (For Freshers)

• Duration: 2 Months

• Training Focus:

  • Recruitment lifecycle fundamentals

  • Candidate sourcing techniques

  • Interviewing & screening skills

  • Job portal handling

  • HR coordination & documentation

  • Client/hiring manager communication

• Training Stipend: ₹10,000 per month

• Conversion: Full-time HR Recruiter role based on performance evaluation

Compensation (Post Training / Experienced Candidates)

• In-hand Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹30,000 per month

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned roles

• Create, update, and manage job descriptions and postings

• Source and engage candidates via job portals, social media, and databases

• Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and candidate evaluations

• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers

• Advertise job openings on job portals and social platforms

• Conduct basic background checks and documentation

• Build and maintain candidate pipelines

• Collaborate with managers to identify current and future hiring needs

• Maintain recruitment trackers and hiring reports

Job Requirements

• Qualification: Post Graduate (HR, Management, Psychology, or related field preferred)

• Experience:

  • Freshers welcome (as HR Trainee)

  • 0–3 years for HR Recruiter role

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Basic understanding of recruitment and HR processes

• Knowledge of resume databases and job portals is a plus

• Strong sourcing skills and candidate assessment ability

• Good judgment and decision-making skills

• Professional attitude and strong work ethics

• Must be open to working 5 days a week (on-site)

• Alternative Saturday will be half day.
