Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented HR Recruiter to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing candidates, screening profiles, coordinating interviews, and supporting the recruitment process from initial contact to onboarding.

Key Responsibilities

• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and other recruitment channels.

• Understand job requirements and identify suitable candidates.

• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate calls.

• Shortlist candidates based on skills, experience, and job requirements.

• Coordinate interviews between candidates and recruiters/clients.

• Maintain and regularly update candidate databases.

• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.

• Negotiate and communicate job offers when required.

• Maintain recruitment reports and daily activity records.

• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.

• Meet recruitment targets and timelines.

Requirements

• Any degree or equivalent qualification.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR processes.

• Ability to source candidates using job portals and LinkedIn.

• Good follow-up and convincing skills.

• Freshers with strong communication skills can apply.
