Key Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end recruitment process – sourcing, screening, and onboarding
Coordinate with clients to understand hiring needs and job specifications
Manage job postings across platforms and social media
Maintain candidate pipelines and ensure smooth communication
Achieve hiring targets within deadlines
Requirements:
✅ Proven experience in a recruitment consultancy (minimum 3 years)
✅ Strong communication and negotiation skills
✅ Good understanding of various job portals & LinkedIn sourcing
✅ Ability to work independently and meet targets
