About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced HR Recruiter with strong exposure to the mechanical/manufacturing/engineering industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment, talent acquisition strategies, and ensuring we hire skilled professionals who meet both technical and cultural fit requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment process – sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, salary negotiations, and onboarding.
Collaborate with department heads (Production, Design, Maintenance, Quality, etc.) to understand manpower needs and technical job requirements.
Source candidates using various platforms (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, Employee Referrals, Job Fairs, etc.).
Evaluate candidates’ technical background relevant to mechanical roles (Design Engineer, Production Engineer, Maintenance Engineer, Quality Engineer, etc.).
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for critical mechanical/engineering positions.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
2–5 years of recruitment experience in mechanical/manufacturing/engineering industry (preferred).
Strong understanding of technical profiles in mechanical industry.
Excellent sourcing skills using job portals, networking, and social media.
Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet hiring deadlines.
