We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Recruiter to join our team at Sresth Info Solutions. The role involves managing the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and evaluating candidates to meet organizational hiring needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Create, update, and manage job descriptions

Source and engage potential candidates through online platforms and job portals

Screen resumes and conduct telephonic and face-to-face interviews

Coordinate with hiring managers to understand current and future manpower requirements

Advertise job openings on job portals and social media platforms

Shortlist candidates and manage interview scheduling

Conduct basic background verification of selected candidates

Maintain and update recruitment records and databases

Job Requirements:

Minimum qualification: Graduate / 12th Pass

Basic knowledge of resume databases and recruitment portals

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Understanding of sourcing techniques

Good judgment and decision-making skills

Willingness to work 6 days a week

Working Hours:

10:00 AM to 6:30 PM ( 10:00 AM To 4:30 PM - Saturday )

Lunch Break: 1:30 PM to 2:30 PM
