Job Description – UK Recruiter

Key Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and recruit blue-collar candidates for UK-based staffing requirements.

• Conduct initial candidate assessments, evaluate suitability, and manage the end-to-end recruitment process.

• Ensure all compliance documentation is completed accurately in accordance with client and regulatory requirements.

• Coordinate candidate bookings and placement activities to ensure smooth onboarding and deployment.

• Maintain accurate candidate records, update internal databases, and ensure timely follow-ups throughout the recruitment lifecycle.

• Build and maintain professional relationships with candidates and clients through effective communication.

• Collaborate with internal teams and demonstrate flexibility in supporting Recruitment, Compliance, and Bookings functions based on business requirements.

• Deliver high-quality service while meeting recruitment targets and maintaining process excellence.

Candidate Requirements

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate professionally with candidates and clients.

• Willingness to work in rotational shifts and adapt to changing business priorities.

• Eagerness to learn and contribute across Recruitment, Compliance, and Bookings functions.

• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.

• Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

• Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with MS Office applications.
