Recruiter / Senior Recruiter
Reporting to Sr KAM or Practice Head
· Responsible for entire recruitment cycle ie right from receiving the client requirements till onboarding of candidate
· This involves the entire process understanding JD , strategizing the search process ,sourcing relevant professionals ,screening resumes as per defined job criteria , arranging interviews, soliciting timely feedback & maintaining Client/Candidature information
· Identification of the best sourcing methodologies according to the position –Job portals, Candidate reference, Database,talent mapping , Networking, linkedin ,Head Hunting, etc.
· Negotiating on the offer amount with the candidates and client
· Ensuring candidate’s joining
