💼 Position

HR Recruiter – Talent Acquisition

📍 Location: Malad West, Mumbai
🕛 Shift: 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM
📅 Working Days: Monday to Friday
🏖️ Saturday & Sunday: Fixed Off
💰 Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month
Depending on experience, skills & communication

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Source candidates through online job portals and recruitment platforms

• Screen and shortlist candidates as per job requirements

• Conduct initial HR screening and interview rounds

• Coordinate interviews and maintain regular candidate follow-ups

• Manage candidate pipelines and recruitment databases

• Drive candidates from sourcing to successful joining

• Meet daily and monthly recruitment targets

• Recruit candidates for our International Sales Process
  

✅ Who Can Apply?

• HSC Passed / 12th Pass or Graduates

• Freshers are welcome to apply

• Previous recruitment experience will be an added advantage

• Excellent English communication and fluency is required

• Strong interpersonal and convincing skills

• Positive attitude with a target-oriented approach

• BPO / International BPO recruitment experience is preferred
