Job Summary:
We are looking for a presentable and confident Junior Talent / Client Acquisition Executive to support our growing real estate team. The role involves interacting with potential clients and candidates, building strong relationships, and supporting business growth through effective communication and coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with potential clients and candidates through calls, meetings, and follow-ups

• Support client acquisition activities and maintain relationships

• Coordinate with internal sales and HR teams

• Assist in lead generation and initial screening

• Maintain accurate records and reports

• Represent the company professionally in all interactions

Requirements:

• Well-groomed, presentable, and confident personality

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Basic understanding of client handling and coordination

• Experience in real estate industry or real estate hiring is a plus

• Freshers with the right attitude are welcome to apply
