Key Responsibilities:
Understand hiring requirements from department managers
Draft and post job descriptions on job portals
Source candidates through job portals and database
Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates
Conduct telephonic and face-to-face interviews
Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers
Perform background verification and reference checks
Negotiate salary and finalize job offers
Ensure smooth onboarding of selected candidates
