Key Responsibilities

• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and personal networks.

• Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews.

• Assess candidate eligibility based on client requirements.

• Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and clients.

• Follow up with candidates until successful joining.

• Maintain accurate candidate records and provide regular hiring updates.

Compensation

• Attractive commission for every successful candidate joining.

• Payment as per the agreed payout cycle after the client's confirmation.

Skills Required
