Role: HR Recruiter

As an HR Recruiter, you’ll play a key role in sourcing, engaging, and placing the right candidates with our clients. You’ll be responsible for the full recruitment cycle—from identifying talent to onboarding.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source potential candidates using job portals, social media platforms, and internal/external referrals

• Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic or in-person interviews

• Schedule and coordinate interviews with client companies

• Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment reports

• Ensure timely follow-ups and support candidates through the onboarding process

• Build and nurture strong relationships with both clients and candidates

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

• Prior experience in recruitment (preferred but not mandatory for entry-level applicants)

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail

• Familiarity with sourcing tools and applicant tracking systems is a plus
