Key Responsibilities:
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, networking, and referrals
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline
- Plan and execute recruitment strategies
- Screen resumes and conduct initial assessments
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle
- Handle offer negotiation and onboarding processes
- Share recruitment reports and insights with management
- Stay updated with hiring trends and best practices
- Appointment Letter & Agreemnet Handle Process, Operation
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in recruitment (Accounting profiles preferred)
- Hands-on experience with job portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, and Shine
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent time management and multitasking ability
- Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills
