Key Responsibilities
Talent Sourcing & Attraction: Use job boards, social media, referrals to find candidates; network with industry groups; host recruitment events.
Screening & Selection: Create JDs, post openings, screen resumes, conduct phone/video interviews, assess skills/fit.
Candidate Management: Manage the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), maintain candidate records, provide a great experience.
Collaboration: Work with hiring managers on needs, strategy, and feedback; coordinate interviews.
Offer & Onboarding: Extend offers, negotiate, manage new hire paperwork and integration.
Strategy & Metrics: Develop recruitment plans, track hiring metrics (time-to-hire, cost-per-hire), improve processes, build employer brand.
Compliance: Ensure adherence to labor laws (EEO, ADA) and fair hiring practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Proven experience as an HR Recruiter or Talent Acquisition Specialist.
Strong communication (oral/written) & interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with ATS, HR databases, and sourcing tools.
Understanding of full-cycle recruitment and HR processes.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, problem-solving, organization
