Position: IT / Non-IT Recruiter

🔹 Key Responsibilities

Source top talent using job portals, Naukri, LinkedIn, networking, and referrals.

Conduct detailed screenings to assess candidates' fit—both technically and culturally.

Build strong candidate pipelines and long-term relationships.

Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and hiring goals.

Create and implement effective recruitment strategies to close positions on time.

Maintain and update the data and recruitment reports.

Stay current with market trends and best practices in hiring.

Ensure smooth communication and updates to both clients and candidates.

Adhere to legal and ethical hiring standards.
