About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented HR Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team in Chennai. Candidates with recruitment experience in high-volume hiring from companies such as Swiggy, Zomato, Blinkit, Zepto, BigBasket, or other logistics, e-commerce, quick commerce, and staffing organizations are preferred.
The ideal candidate should be passionate about recruiting, capable of handling bulk hiring, and experienced in sourcing and onboarding candidates within tight timelines.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment for blue-collar and white-collar positions.
Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and field recruitment.
Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews.
Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers.
Handle candidate follow-ups and offer rollouts.
Ensure timely onboarding and documentation of selected candidates.
Maintain recruitment trackers and generate hiring reports.
Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.
Achieve weekly and monthly hiring targets.
Collaborate with business teams to understand manpower requirements.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Preferred Candidate Profile
6 months to 2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.
Experience in high-volume hiring is mandatory.
Candidates from Swiggy, Zomato, Blinkit, Zepto, BigBasket, staffing agencies, logistics, BPO, or e-commerce companies will be preferred.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong sourcing and screening capabilities.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and recruitment portals such as Naukri, Indeed, or LinkedIn.
Immediate joiners or candidates with short notice periods are preferred.
