*Job Title:* HR Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Executive

*Job Mode:* Work From Home

*Salary:*

- Fresher: Rs. 15,000 per month

- Experienced: As per last drawn salary

*Job Description:*

We are looking for a motivated HR Recruiter to handle end-to-end recruitment and HR operations.

*Key Responsibilities:*

- *CV / Resume Screening:* Sourcing and screening resumes from various job portals

- *Interview Scheduling:* Coordinating and scheduling interviews between candidates and hiring managers

- *Documentation:* Handling documentation process for joining candidates - offer letter, joining formalities, KYC

- *Team Management:* Managing and guiding the recruitment team to achieve targets

- *Company Reporting:* Daily / Weekly reporting to the company regarding hiring status

- *HR Operations:* Managing employee attendance and assisting in salary processing

*Requirements:*

- Basic knowledge of recruitment portals like Apna, WorkIndia, Job Hai etc.

- Good communication skills in Hindi / English

- Laptop / Smartphone with internet connection required

- Fresher and experienced both can apply
