Job Description: HR Recruiter

We are looking for a competent and proactive HR Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for both candidates and hiring managers.

Key Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking.

• Conduct telephonic and initial HR interviews to assess candidate suitability.

• Coordinate interviews with department heads and ensure timely follow-ups.

• Manage the full recruitment cycle from job posting to offer roll-out.

• Maintain and update ca ndidate databases and recruitment trackers.

• Prepare job descriptions and post vacancies on relevant platforms.

• Build strong relationships with candidates and act as a point of contact through the hiring process.

• Support employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.

• Maintain compliance with company policies and HR best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Prior experience in recruitment (in-house or consultancy) preferred.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

• Knowledge of various sourcing methods and interview techniques.

• Proficiency in MS Office and recruitment management tools.

Experience

• 3–4 years of relevant experience preferred.
