Key Responsibilities:

• Create and update job descriptions.

• Source and engage candidates through job portals, social media, and other online platforms.

• Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and evaluate candidates.

• Advertise job openings on various recruitment platforms.

• Shortlist candidates and coordinate with hiring managers to fulfill manpower requirements.

• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records.

• Conduct background verification and reference checks when required.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Qualification: Graduate / MBA (HR) preferred

• Experience: 0-3 Years in Recruitment

• Good knowledge of job portals and resume databases.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Knowledge of sourcing techniques and candidate screening.

• Good interpersonal skills and sound judgment.

• Candidate should be willing to work 6 days a week.
