Job Description
Position: HR Recruiter
Experience: 1–3 years
Location: Electronic city, Bangalore
Employment Type: Full-time
Job Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end recruitment for various positions.
Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and other recruitment channels.
Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews.
Understand client requirements and shortlist suitable candidates.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
Negotiate salary and coordinate offer and joining formalities.
Ensure candidates join on the committed date and maintain regular follow-ups.
Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future requirements.
Achieve recruitment targets within the given timeline.
Requirements
Any Graduate/Postgraduate with relevant recruitment experience.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong sourcing and candidate-screening skills.
Ability to handle multiple requirements simultaneously.
Good knowledge of MS Excel and basic recruitment tools.
Target-oriented, proactive, and good at follow-ups.
Freshers with excellent communication skills may also be considered.
