We are looking for a passionate and result-driven HR Recruiter to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process — from understanding hiring requirements to onboarding new employees. You will play a key role in ensuring we attract, select, and retain top talent that aligns with our company’s goals and culture.
Manage the full recruitment cycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating offers.
Understand job requirements and develop effective job descriptions.
Use multiple hiring channels (job portals, social media, referrals, etc.) to attract candidates.
Conduct telephonic and in-person interviews to assess candidate suitability.
Maintain candidate databases and update recruitment trackers regularly.
Coordinate with department heads and HR team for timely closure of open positions.
Handle onboarding formalities and assist in new employee orientation.
Support HR operations as needed (attendance tracking, documentation, etc.).
Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment.
Gender Preference: Male candidates preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong knowledge of end-to-end recruitment processes.
Hands-on experience with MS Excel, job portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn), and applicant tracking systems.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet hiring targets.
