Key Responsibilities:
Manage complete recruitment cycle for BPO support hiring
Source and screen candidates through job portals and social media
Conduct interviews and schedule selection rounds
Maintain recruitment databases and daily trackers
Coordinate onboarding and documentation processes
Ensure smooth orientation for new joiners
Build strong relationships with hiring managers
Support HR operations and employee engagement activities
Skills Needed:
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Experience in bulk hiring for BPO processes
Strong sourcing & negotiation skills
Proficiency using job portals and MS Office
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
