Job Description – Freelance Recruiter

Job Type: Freelance / Part-Time / Full-Time
Work Mode: Remote / Work From Home
Job Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in blue-collar recruitment and placements.
Experience hiring picker/packers, delivery executives, warehouse workers, helpers, and other blue-collar employees.
Ability to source and screen candidates as per client requirements.
Contact candidates, explain job details, and follow up until joining.
Coordinate candidate documentation and joining formalities.
Maintain candidate data and achieve recruitment targets.
Compensation Structure
100% Variable Pay – No Fixed Salary
Earnings are based on successful candidate joinings.
Payouts will be as per the applicable WorkBridge rate card.
There is no fixed monthly salary or guaranteed income.
Note: This opportunity is suitable for experienced recruiters who are comfortable working on a performance-based payment model.
