IT Recruiter – Job Description
Job Title: IT Recruiter
Experience: 1–5 years
Location: Pune / Hybrid / Remote
Employment Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities:
Source and identify qualified IT candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels.
Understand technical job requirements and match candidates to suitable positions.
Screen candidates through phone/video interviews and assess their skills, experience, and communication.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Manage the recruitment process from sourcing through offer and joining.
Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
Negotiate salaries and assist with offer management.
Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future requirements.
Work closely with hiring managers and HR teams to understand staffing needs.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Required Skills:
Good knowledge of IT recruitment and technical hiring.
Experience with job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.
Understanding of technologies such as Java, .NET, Python, React, SQL, cloud, DevOps, etc.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good candidate sourcing and screening abilities.
Ability to work with multiple requirements and meet hiring targets.
Knowledge of ATS/recruitment tools is an advantage.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, IT, or a related field is preferred.
