### Job Description

FKareer Solutions is hiring **HR Interns** for our internal HR team in Noida.

This is a great opportunity for **freshers who genuinely want to start their career in HR & Recruitment** and are interested in learning practical HR skills in a professional office environment.

### Responsibilities

* Candidate sourcing and recruitment

* Screening and shortlisting candidates

* Calling and communicating with candidates

* Interview scheduling and coordination

* Candidate follow-ups

* Maintaining recruitment data and reports

* Joining and onboarding coordination

* Supporting the internal HR team in daily activities

* Learning and assisting with end-to-end recruitment processes

### Eligibility

* Freshers are welcome to apply

* Graduate / pursuing graduation

* Good communication skills

* Basic knowledge of computers

* Positive attitude and willingness to learn

* Candidates genuinely interested in building a career in HR

* Comfortable working from office

### Work Timing

**11:00 AM – 6:00 PM**

7-hour shift including **1-hour break**

**6 hours effective working time**

### Location

**Noida Sector 15**

Office is located at **walking distance from Noida Sector 15 Metro Station**.
