Job Title: HR Intern (Recruitment) – Noida

Location: Noida (Work From Office)

Company: FK Consultancy (Recruitment Agency)

Stipend: ₹10,000 - ₹11,000 (In-Hand)

Duration: Full-Time Internship

Role Overview:

We are hiring a dedicated HR Intern who wants to gain real-time experience in recruitment and build strong communication and professional skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Sourcing candidates via job portals (Naukri, etc.)

Screening resumes & shortlisting candidates

Conducting initial HR discussions

Coordinating with candidates and maintaining records

Supporting end-to-end recruitment process

Work Details:

Shift: 8 Hours Daily

Timing: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Working Days: 5 Days a Week

Off: Saturday & Sunday Fixed
