Core Responsibilities
Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, define job requirements, and set qualification criteria.
Sourcing & Attraction: Post jobs, use social media (LinkedIn), conduct offline networking, and utilize various channels to attract qualified candidates.
Screening & Selection:
Review resumes, conduct initial phone screens, and coordinate interviews (phone, video, in-person) for various roles

Process Management: Manage the end-to-end hiring process, from application to offer, ensuring compliance and a smooth workflow.
Candidate Experience: Maintain communication, provide feedback, and ensure a positive experience for all applicants.
Data & Metrics: Track hiring metrics (time-to-hire, source of hire) and maintain candidate databases.
