About the Role
We are looking for an energetic and target-oriented HR Recruiter with experience in bulk hiring, preferably for BPO, Collection, Recovery and Sales processes.
Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end recruitment for bulk hiring requirements.
Source candidates through job portals, social media, references and recruitment channels.
Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews.
Coordinate interview schedules and follow up with candidates.
Manage candidate databases and maintain recruitment MIS.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly hiring targets.
Coordinate with candidates until joining and onboarding.
Handle high-volume recruitment for BPO, Collection, Recovery and Sales profiles.
Maintain regular follow-up with selected candidates to ensure joining.
Required Skills
Minimum 6 months of HR Recruitment experience.
Experience in Bulk Hiring preferred.
BPO / Collection / Recovery / Sales recruitment experience preferred.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong candidate follow-up and convincing skills.
Ability to work with recruitment targets.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and recruitment portals.
Candidate Profile
Immediate Joiners preferred.
Candidates who can handle multiple vacancies and bulk recruitment will be preferred.
Strong sourcing and coordination skills.
