At Fincore HR Solution, the recruitment process begins with the candidate submitting an application for the HR Work From Home position. After receiving the application, the HR team verifies the candidate's basic details and eligibility, followed by a telephonic or online interview. Candidates who successfully clear the interview receive an offer letter and complete the required joining formalities by submitting the necessary documents. After joining, candidates undergo a 45-day training program where they learn the recruitment process, candidate communication, interview scheduling, data handling, and company work procedures. Once the training is completed, candidates start handling live recruitment activities, including calling candidates, explaining job opportunities, scheduling interviews, and submitting daily work updates to their Team Leader. Their performance is monitored regularly, and salary and incentives are provided according to the company's policies and performance criteria. Based on consistent performance and experience, employees also have opportunities for career growth and promotion within the organization.
