We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Intern who is eager to learn and gain hands-on experience in recruitment and HR operations.
This role is ideal for someone who wants to build a career in HR and understand end-to-end hiring processes.
🔧 Key Responsibilities
Assist in sourcing candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, and other job portals
Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements
Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers
Follow up with candidates for feedback and interview status
Maintain and update candidate databases and trackers
Support in job postings and employer branding activities
Assist in HR operations and documentation
👤 Who Can Apply
MBA (HR) / Graduate pursuing or recently completed
Strong interest in recruitment / talent acquisition
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Basic understanding of MS Excel / Google Sheets
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
